N° 01

For Mentors

Sign up, complete the 10-step onboarding wizard, set up your profile, connect Stripe for payments, create your first program.
Connect your bank account through Stripe Connect. When mentees book sessions or enroll in programs, payments go through Stripe. After the platform fee (20% Starter, 15% Pro), funds are deposited to your bank account on a rolling basis.
Starter is free forever with core features (3 programs, 3 mentees, basic scheduling). Pro ($29/mo) unlocks unlimited everything plus analytics, parent portal, waivers, camp wizard, recurring schedules, and drops the platform fee to 15%.
Your profile lives at mentyelevate.com/u/your-username. Copy this link and share it anywhere — Instagram bio, email, Facebook groups.
Yes. Go to Settings in your dashboard. You can customize intake form questions and waiver content. Pro mentors get full waiver support.
Set your availability, and mentees book available slots. Virtual sessions use HD video. In-person sessions include location details. You get email confirmations and calendar sync.

For Athletes & Mentees

Use the Discover page to browse mentors by sport, specialty, location, and focus. View their full profile and programs before reaching out.
Visit a mentor's profile, view their available times, and start a conversation first. Session specifics and payment come after you've connected.
Yes. Your mentor can invite your parents to a Parent Portal where they can view progress, upcoming sessions, and communicate with the mentor.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refunded. Check your mentor's specific policies.

Account & Billing

Go to Settings > Billing and click "Manage Subscription." You can cancel anytime. Your Pro features continue through the end of your billing period.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, the industry standard. Menty never stores your credit card information.
Your data is preserved. If you exceed Starter limits (more than 3 programs), the extras are paused — not deleted. You can upgrade again anytime to reactivate them.
