You agree not to
- Break any law or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, threaten, bully, defame, or discriminate against anyone.

- Submit fake, incentivized-but-undisclosed, or misleading reviews or ratings.
- Share another person's private or personal information without permission.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach security, scrape data, or disrupt or overload the Services.
- Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
Content standards
Content you post (messages, reviews, film, photos, and files) must be accurate, respectful, and appropriate for a youth-sports community, and must relate to the mentorship and training the Services support.
Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this policy, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate your account, and, where appropriate, report the conduct to the relevant authorities. We will use reasonable judgment and, where practical, give notice — but we may act immediately to protect people from harm.
Reporting a violation
If you see something unsafe or against these rules, tell us right away at mentyelevate@gmail.com. For safety concerns involving a child, see our Safety & SafeSport page. In an emergency, call 911.
