A Room is where an athlete trains online with one mentor. Here is who sees what.
Videos
A video from your mentor each week, answering questions by name.
Who sees it: Everyone in the Room
Film
Send a clip any time. Your mentor's notes come back, and can point to a time in the clip.
Who sees it: Your athlete, your mentor and you
Wall
Ask a question or post a win. The wall opens at three members; until then, questions go straight to the mentor.
Who sees it: Parents, athletes on their own login, and the mentor
Check-in
On Sundays your athlete answers a short check-in. Your mentor can reply.
Who sees it: Your athlete, your mentor and you
Workouts
Workouts your mentor sends land in your athlete's Locker.
Who sees it: Your athlete, your mentor and you
Live
Live sessions your mentor schedules show in the Room and on your calendar. Members join muted and raise a hand to talk.
Who sees it: Room members and their parents
If a Room doesn't take questions or film, it says so.
A 1-on-1 Room has no wall and no Room videos: film, notes, check-ins and booked calls.
What you see
You see the videos, the wall, your athlete's film and your mentor's notes.
You can send film, ask a question or post a win for them. Questions and wins you post show as from the family.
Messages with the mentor go through you. You get an email for each new video and about an hour before a live.
