How an Enterprise pilot actually works
There is no Enterprise plan to buy, no organisation account to create, and no seats to assign. Enterprise is a small number of multi-coach programs we set up by hand, one at a time, with the people who run them. This is that process, written down.
A pilot is a real mechanism, not a placeholder: a person on our side sets your program up with you, stays reachable afterwards, and builds what you turn out to need. That is what Enterprise at Menty is today — the whole of it.
Your coaches use Menty accounts, Menty storefronts, and the camps, rosters, waivers, scheduling and payouts every mentor here runs on. Nothing about a pilot is a private build we have shown nobody.
There are no organisation accounts, no staff logins or permissions, no seat management and no invoicing system in Menty today. We would rather write that down than let you go looking for a dashboard that isn't there. Those get built when a pilot partner needs them and names them — not before.
Five steps, all of them human
You tell us how the program actually runs: how many coaches, what you sell, how families pay, and what is annoying you right now. We ask before we describe a fix, because the fix is partly yours to specify. A person reads every request and replies at your email.
We show you the real thing on a real screen — storefront, roster, waivers, check-in, the money — rather than slides. Seeing it working is what makes it believable, and it is also the fastest way for you to find the gaps that matter to your program.
Effective date, what you are committing to run on Menty, what we are committing to build for you, and a date to review it. No upfront cost and no monthly fee — Menty earns a share of what you actually collect, at the Business rate. A one-pager, not a legal ordeal.
If your program already runs on Menty, nothing moves: the accounts, storefronts, rosters, waivers and payment history you have stay exactly where they are and the rate changes around them. Arriving from somewhere else, setup is done with you rather than handed to you.
Pilots keep a direct line to the team — at our size that is the support tier, and we mean it literally. What the first partners need is what gets built next, and the review date on the one-pager is when we both say honestly whether it is working.
Bigger than one mentor — and deliberately small on our side
Enterprise is for a program with several coaches under one roof and one brand over it: an academy, a club, a multi-coach training business. It is also early. We are taking a handful of pilots, chosen one at a time, because the point of the first few is to shape what the tier becomes — not to fill a funnel.
If you are a single established program rather than several coaches, Menty for Business is the tier built for you — a flat rate, a Business HQ built for running an operation, and onboarding done with you. It is invite-only as well, and granted by our team rather than bought, but it is a tier rather than a pilot: the shape of it is already decided.
If you run — or are building — a multi-coach program, tell us how it works today. Every request is read by a person and answered at your email.
