Menty
Menty for coaches

They don't stay for the drills. They stay for you.

Menty is the platform built for the mentorship side of coaching. The goals, the progress, the relationship between sessions, with the booking and the money handled underneath. Built by athletes who coach on it.

Where coaching is going

The coach who lasts is the one the family trusts with the kid

You already know this about your own business. The athletes who stay four years stay because of you, not the footwork. The ones who leave usually leave in a quiet month when nothing was obviously wrong, and you find out when the renewal does not come.

Here is the part nobody has solved. That relationship lives in your head. What a kid is working on, what they struggled with in March, what you told the parent after the last session. It is all in there, and none of it is anywhere you can actually see on a Tuesday morning.

Mentorship is not extra work. It is the work you already do, made visible to the people paying for it.

What you get, live today

You get better at this passively, because the system remembers for you

Goals that climb
a number, not a vibe

You set three goals for an athlete with a baseline and a target. Each one is a number that moves over a season, so a kid watches their own progress instead of being told about it.

The monthly review
what actually changed, to the parent

A summary a family reads. This is what turns a renewal conversation into a formality instead of a pitch.

Intake before day one
half the athlete, half the parent

A short intake answered before the first session, so you start knowing who you are working with and what they are really here for.

Every athlete's history
what they worked on, and when

You walk in already knowing where that kid is, instead of rebuilding it in your head on the drive over.

Who needs you today
one athlete at a time

Who is drifting, who is owed a plan, who is owed a reply, who is renewing — ranked, and handed to you one card at a time rather than as a list where everything looks equally urgent.

The Room
Tuesday to Saturday

A membership your athletes live in between sessions: the work you post, the film, the programming. That gap is where mentorship either happens or does not, and no booking tool has any concept of it.

None of this asks you to add an hour to your week. It asks you to stop losing what you already know.

And the business underneath it

Money and paperwork close in one transaction

A scheduling link plus a PDF plus a payment app is three systems and three separate moments. A form cannot hold a checkout open until the paperwork is done. Menty can, because it is one transaction.

  1. 01
    A parent picks a spot

Real remaining capacity, not a guess.

  2. 02
    The waiver comes first

Where you require one, checkout stays locked until it is signed.

  3. 03
    Payment clears

Stripe, straight into your own account.

  4. 04
    The seat is held

Roster, paperwork and payment, one record.

Your own page

A real storefront at your own link, with your credentials, your offerings and your prices. The link you send when someone asks what you do.

Packs and camps

Sell a pack, run a camp with dated sessions and real spot counts. Credits draw down as athletes train, so nobody counts sessions by hand.

Earnings

What came in, from whom, for what, on one screen. No spreadsheet reconciliation at the end of the month.

Go look at it

Every coach page on Menty is a real page you can open

Nothing on this site is a mockup. The mentors who have published are listed publicly, with their own credentials, their own offerings and their own prices, and a family can book from them right now. That is the thing we would build for you on the call.

Open the mentor directory and click any one of them. We are early and the list is short. We would rather you see that than read a number we made up.

What is being built next

Not shipped yet, and we will say so

In progress
The organization layer

For programs running several coaches: owners who manage staff, coaches with their own pages underneath, and one place the operation is run from.

In progress
Alumni as mentors

The athletes you developed, coming back into your program as mentors to the kids in it now. This is the part we are building Menty for.

We will tell you what is live and what is not, every time. A coach who gets sold a feature that does not exist finds out in front of a parent, and that is not a business we want.

What it costs you

You keep 80% or more of every sale

Free to start, with no monthly fee and no lock-in on Standard. Payments run through Stripe and land in your own bank account, so we earn nothing until you get paid.

There is a better rate below that, and it is for programs already running real volume: one flat rate on everything you sell, lower than Standard, set with you in writing. It is invite-only, which means you ask and a person reads it and answers, rather than a checkout deciding. The number is said on a call, not printed on a page.

The full pricing math is here, including exactly when the paid plan pays for itself, and Menty for Business is the tier above it.

Who is building this

Three co-founders, and we are athletes before we are a software company

  • Ryan Renfro
    Co-founder
  • Caden Pierce
    Co-founder
  • Matthew Coe
    Co-founder

Ryan is a basketball captain at Rollins College and coaches on Menty himself, so every feature exists because a version of him needed it on a Tuesday night and it did not exist yet. Caden plays basketball at Purdue and runs his mentorship on Menty, which makes him a customer of the product he helped build.

We are early, and we are not going to tell you we have thousands of coaches. What we will do is build your page with you on the call and answer the phone when something breaks. If that is the wrong trade for you right now, that is a fair call to make.

The ask

Twenty minutes. You talk, we listen, and we build your page on the call

Most of it is you, walking us through how you run things now, from the moment a parent finds you to the moment you get paid. If it is useful, you leave with a live page. If it is not, you have lost twenty minutes and we will tell you so ourselves. Nothing to pay, and no card on a first call.
